Information - Venue Hire

Our facilities are designed and furnished for children under the age of 6 and so bookings are predominantly for parties or other events related to children within this age group.

You have a 3-hour window to enjoy your party within your booked slot.

You can hire our venue using our handy online booking calendar.

Hire Fees

Attadale Playgroup/Attadale Toy Library Members: $190 hire plus a $50 refundable deposit. Please note: You must be a current financial member to receive this discounted fee and your party must be held in the current year of membership.

Non–members: $290 hire plus a $100 refundable deposit.

The deposit will be refunded in full unless Attadale Playgroup Inc decides in its absolute discretion that additional cleaning is required and/or repairs of any kind are required, and/or a security alarm callout is required.

COVID-19 Cleaning Fee

Please note that current fees include an $90 COVID-19 cleaning fee, required as part of our COVID-19 safety plan.

Parties booked before the fee was included will be contacted to arrange payment for the cleaning fee. For these parties, we apologise for the inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding.

Centre Access

Attadale Playgroup Members have access to a key via the Lock Box system. Please have the Group Leader show you the entry and exit procedures for the facility.

Key collection information for Non Members and Toy Library Members is supplied in your booking confirmation email once your party has been booked and paid.

You are more than welcome to visit the Venue during our member session times to view our facilities.

Further Information

Please be aware of the following:

• The current maximum capacity of the venue is 50 persons including adults and children (we are currently working to increase the maximum capacity through renovations to the venue)
• The centre is ‘Allergy Aware’ and as such please DO NOT bring NUTS or FOODS CONTAINING NUTS on premises.
• No ALCOHOL is permitted on the premises
• BOUNCY CASTLES or similar are not permitted on the premises
